For detailed preconstruction work (design development, 3D renderings, detailed budgeting, permit preparation), we charge a preconstruction fee. This fee covers the real design and planning work required to deliver your complete project blueprint. You are under no obligation to continue with Harvest Builders after preconstruction. The deliverables are yours, and you are free to take them to any contractor.
